Mr. Naquin has over 40 years oil and gas industry operations, logistics, customer service, product development, and sales expertise.  His professional experience includes project supervision and execution, facility start-up, operations and troubleshooting, business development, as well as mergers and acquisitions developed across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Ownership and management roles have comprised full profit/loss and cost control responsibilities, personnel management, as well as implementation of customer service and product-oriented marketing strategies.

Howard was directly involved with the implementation of buy and build strategies that led to starting and growing an artificial lift segment for a major oilfield service company from a nonentity into a billion-dollar enterprise within two years. Some of his former employers were Schlumberger, Fesco Ltd, and I.P. Petroleum, Ltd.  As owner of H P Naquin, LLC, Howard’s client list comprised of Don-Nan Pump and Supply (A Schlumberger company), Lariat Consulting, Absolute Pressure Control, Stuart Energy Services, and Newton, Jones & Spaeth law firm.
